Dentist required for Locum opportunity at CFB Cold Lake

Qualifications: 

 • Licensed and in good standing within the Provine of Alberta 

 • Must hold current CPR Level "C" certificates

 • Must provide proof of $5 million malpractice insurance coverage

Type of assignment:

Part-time contract, 30 hours per week (Monday-Thursday)

Clinic hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm
